| Reduced Risk Status: |
|
| IPM Compatibility: |
Per Requester: Very Good Fit; The addition of Warrant would aid growers in potentially moving from transplant production to seeded production requiring much less labor, fuel, input costs, hand weeding, etc:06/26;
|
| Reasons for need: |
pigweed, annual grasses, suppression of primrose and other winter annuals. Primary: pigweed, annual grasses, and primrose (when in mixture with Nortron). Dacthal (DCPA) was removed from the market, Nortron (ethofumesate) has little activity alone but when mixed with Warrant is a quite effective replacement for Dacthal. Current technologies being used: Nortron is our only at plant herbicide for the control of weeds and it is most often ineffective when applied alone:06/26;

| PCR Use Pattern: |
Apply Warrant twice every 10 days at 12 to 24 oz/A for loamy sand soils for seeded production (rate may be able to be higher for heavier soils); 60 day PHI. The PCR is to support a preemergence use in seeded production, a postemergence use in seeded production, and a postemergence use in transplant production.
