Based on mtg with Albaugh, it was decided to create 3 pr#s for 02321 (recd 4/1/83), and they will consider each as "Potential, E/CS before Residue" as long as EPA will allow. Advised to update status to Potential at this time as we have other projects with the EPA now and expect their review by the workshop:08/25/sb; HQ suggests to use Butyrac 200 and to follow the use directions for soybean (MFG supports Butyrac 200 but use pattern need to be validated if project is prioritized) 07/26/ds
