14057 BICYCLOPYRONE + BROMOXYNIL ( SYNGEN ) GOLD-OF-PLEASURE (CAMELINA) ( 20A = RAPESEED SUBGROUP ) MFG WILL NOT SUPPORT

Reduced Risk Status:
IPM Compatibility: Per Requester: Very Good Fit; Adding an additional crop to the cropping system, such as camelina, promotes IPM. The ability to utilize as many herbicide modes of action in the cropping system also promotes IPM. 1:07/25;
Reasons for need: When this product is applied to small grains, there's a 9 month plant back restriction for canola, which is in the same crop group (20a) as camelina. Winter camelina seeded following small grain harvest serves as both a cover crop and a grain crop the following spring. Current labeling on Talinor discusses cover crops planted after small grain harvest. Right now, growers who utilize this cropping system have no options for group 27 herbicides in their small grain crops. Shortening the plant back restriction to 90 days would be desirable:07/25;
Requesting State(s): SD:Reicks, G* ;
PCR Use Pattern: Make one application of Talinor at 18.2 fl oz/a in a small grain crop, 90 days prior to seeding camelina. See Talinor label for guidance on adjuvants.
