13751 IPFLUFENOQUIN + PYRIMETHANIL ( UPL NA ) APPLE ( 11-10 = POME FRUIT GROUP ) HOLD

Reduced Risk Status:
IPM Compatibility: Per Requester: Unknown fit; The company says that Ipflufenoquin + Pyrimethanil under code KFD-604-02 (also Ipflufenoquin is known as Kinoprol) are active against Colletotrichum species. From the point of view of implementing more new fungicide classes (FRAC codes) against apple bitter rot, this fits IPM as we are concerned with over-dependence of apple growers from strobilurin (FRAC 11) fungicides:08/23
Reasons for need: Colletotrichum species; To identify fungicide materials with new effective modes of action against Colletotrichum species so as to implement them in summer spray programs and thus prevent resistance development to currently effective strobilurin fungicides (FRAC 11):08/23; GA/Bitter rot continues to be a major issue, as well as Glomerella leaf spot. Kinoprol is a particularly interesting new class, and whether solo or in mixtures, it could add a good control method for bitter rot and Glomerella leaf spot management:08/23
