EMAMECTIN BENZOATE ( SYNGEN ) CHERRY ( 12-12A = CHERRY SUBGROUP ) UNDER EVALUATION (06) MI;

Reasons for need: peachtree borer (PTB) (Synanthedon ecitiosa (Say)), lesser peachtree borer (LPTB) (Synanthedon pictipes (Grote and Robinson)), and American plum borer (APB) (Euzophera semifuneralis (Walker)) make up the borer complex affecting cherries. After 2024, chlorpyrifos will no longer be labelled for sweet cherries, and it is anticipated processors and marketers will not tolerate use on tart cherries. Thus, alternatives are needed:06/24
