IPM Compatibility: Per Requester: Good Fit; Useful in controlling weeds that are resistant to glyphosate. Controlling weeds reduces humidity in orchards thus shifting the local environment so that is is less favorable for nitidulid beetles and fruit decay:06/25;
Reasons for need: Weeds/increased water efficiency, increased yield, increased quality. Alternative to Roundup is needed. Roundup in California continues to be a political issue and alternatives are needed:06/25;

PCR Use Pattern: Apply Pindar GT at 6 pt/a twice per season, approximately 90 days apart, with the last application approximately 60 days prior to harvest. Applications will be made along both sides of the crop and overlapping the lower fronds.
