FIELD PENNYCRESS (OIL SEED) (99 = MISC GROUP) UNDER EVALUATION (06)
Reasons for need: request is not targeting a pest, it is for a reduction in plant back interval. Weeds/pests listed on current product label will not change. Winter oilseed crops may be planted after corn/soy; current corn/soy herbicide labels do not allow for 4 month plantback to winter oilseeds. This request is to develop rotational data to support reducing plantback window:06/25;

Bernards, Mark 23-IL-DMP RECD 5622.pdf 08/23 Three trials conducted over three years, 2020-2022. Zidua SC applied preemergence to spring corn crop at 5 or 10 fl oz/a (0.163 or 0.326 lb ai/a). Averaged across rates, yield of fall planted pennycress was approximately 100%, 119% and 85% of the untreated check in the three trials.
