Hernandez, P. 23-CA-DMP RECD 5764.pdf 06/24 Craze banded once at 8.6 oz/a (0.27 lb ai/a) tank-mixed with glyphosate along both sides of bearing pomegranates growing in a loam soil. Glyphosate + orthosulfamuron provided complete yellow nutsedge control through 61 days after application. No crop injury was observed from orthosulfamuron.
Hernandez, P. 23-CA-DMP RECD 5765.pdf 06/24 Craze banded once along both sides of bearing pomegranates at 8.6, 17.2 or 25.8 oz/a (0.27, 0.54, or 0.81 lb ai/a). Pomegranates were not injured by orthosulfamuron, regardless of rate. Five months after application, good to excellent fleabane and bluegrass control from all rates and excellent yellow nutsedge control from two higher rates.
Hernandez, P. 23-CA-DMP RECD 5766.pdf 06/24 Craze banded once along both sides of non-bearing pomegranates at 8.6, 17.2 or 25.8 oz/a (0.27, 0.54, or 0.81 lb ai/a). Pomegranates were not injured by orthosulfamuron, regardless of rate. Five months after application, excellent to complete control of shepard’s purse, chickweed, cheeseweed and annual bluegrass from all rates.
Hernandez, P. 23-CA-DMP RECD 5767.pdf 06/24 Craze banded once at 17.2 oz/a (0.54 lb ai/a) alone or tank-mixed with glyphosate along both sides of non-bearing pomegranates growing in a sandy loam. Slight chlorosis seen from all treatments, including non-treated, 15 days after application. No injury seen from any treatment afterwards.
