Robinson, Allison 23-OH-DMP RECD 5685.pdf As part of a multi-crop screening trial, Rely herbicide was applied broadcast 14, 7, or 3 days preplant at 43 or 87 fl oz/a (0.79 or 1.59 lb ai/a) to transplanted ‘Platinum Destiny’ cabbage in a muck soil. Glufosinate caused no crop injury, stand reduction or yield reduction.
Pena, Marco 23-AZ-DMP RECD 5664.pdf As part of a multi-crop screening trial, Rely herbicide was applied broadcast 14, 7, or 3 days preplant at 43 or 87 fl oz/a (0.79 or 1.59 lb ai/a) to transplanted ‘Supreme Vantage’ cabbage in a clay soil. Glufosinate caused no crop injury, stand reduction or yield reduction.
Wang, Zheng 23-CA-DMP RECD 5693.pdf As part of a multi-crop screening trial, Rely herbicide was applied broadcast 14, 7, or 4 days preplant at 43 or 87 fl oz/a (0.79 or 1.59 lb ai/a) to cabbage transplanted in a Handford fine sandy loam. Glufosinate caused no significant stand reduction in cabbage, regardless of rate or timing. When pooled across both rates and all application timings, slight foliar injury was seen 22 days after planting (DAP), but increased to more than 50% at 49 DAP.
Culpepper, A. Stanley 23-GA-DMP RECD 5716.pdf Rely applied preplant broadcast at 43 or 87 fl oz/a (0.79 or 1.59 lb ai/a) three, 7, or 14 days prior to transplanting ‘Bravo’ cabbage in a 90% sand soil. Visual injury 14 days after planting (DAP) reached at most 8% while at 18 DAP injury reached 11% when Rely at 87 oz/a was applied 3 days before planting and 6% with 43 oz/a applied at the same time. Injury at 6, 9, 23, 29, and 37 DAP was not detected. Vigor at 14 DAP was lower when Rely was applied 3 day prior to planting. No differences in vigor observed at 23, 29, or 37 DAP.
